Autoimmune diseases (Including Hashimoto’s, Sjogren's, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus)
Food sensitivities (Including FODMAP, Paleo, and AIP)
Hormonal imbalance (Including adrenal concerns/HPA axis dysfunction, infertility, and PCOS)
Overall quality of life (Including healthy eating, movement, and overall wellness)
While I’m not a practitioner and cannot diagnose, prescribe, treat, and cure, I do have extensive training in these areas so we can work together on behavioral and mental adjustments to build a healthier life. I can also work alongside your functional medicine practitioner, registered dietician, or other medical professionals to help you gain a thriving lifestyle, whatever that means to you.

Individual
Ideal for those just starting out and/or wanting in-depth, personalized support. Single sessions include email support before and after, and packages include unlimited email support during the number of sessions purchased.
Sessions can be booked one at a time, though I offer packages of 6 and 12 sessions for a discount.
Group
Ideal for those who enjoy a group environment and are looking for a community of similarly minded people. These groups run for ten weeks and, depending on demand, there are groups at different times of the week. This is a cost-effective way to engage in health coaching and a way to see if you would benefit from additional private support, too.
Note: I offer a limited number of spots on a sliding scale for students, those in ministry, or who are experiencing financial hardships. Please email me to coordinate.
